And old video card.
I don't need the system for gaming. Only for unity3d.

I prefer memories between 16-32gb.
I don't need a monitor, mouse, keyboards only the hardware it self.

This is a photo of my case:

I can't identify that case, but it looks huge!
Unity is a very flexible system and its demands will vary according on how complex your projects actually are.
You'll need some sort of video card to test your projects, won't you?
What is your budget?
Where do you live?

In the meantime, and to stir the pot a bit:

The projects have some nice graphics. I'm not going to use too much complex lightnings and stuff like that.
I live in Israel so the prices in the us or europe I guess are different.
My budget according to Israel money is between 4000-5000nis(New israeli sheqel) in dollars according to google it's about 1100$ to 1400$

The video card 1060 is strong enough ? What will happen to the price if I will change the video card to 1070 or 1080 ?
There are so many models at 1070-1080 so it's a bit mess too.

This happens to the price with a GTX1080:

Please bear in mind, this build isn't any where near to being finalised, and some parts may not be available to you in Israel.
Some possible changes:
I've used a fairly large SSD, and dual 2Tb HDDs for storage ( intended to be run in a mirrored array for maximum data security ), if you have good HDDs already you can save money by reusing them or using a smaller SSD, but I think 500Gb of fast SSD storage is going to be very, very useful for your uses.
If your Windows licence will move over into the new build, that'll save some hard earned cash, too.
For economy reasons I've left out a new case, although it may be a good idea to give the current one a good clean if you intend to re use it. ;)
