Hello guys, Im planning to get the RTX 2080ti. but i want to know if im going to have problems with my cpu. Currently I own:

CPU: i5 3570k
GPU: GTX 770
Mobo: Asus Maximus Hero VII
RAM: 16GB at 1800
Display: 24" 2560x1440 at 60hz- I'll move to a 27" 2560x1440 at 165hz

Note: I mainly play BDO PUBG and COD.

Solution
At 165Hz you should get a new CPU/Mobo/RAM. There's no reason not to when you're spending so much on the rest of your system. You won't get full use of your 2080 Ti without doing so. An i7-3770K is a possibility though you would have to buy used and you'd be getting considerably lower performance than you would with a 9th-gen i5 or i7.

At 1440P/60hz I would think your 3570K would be ok as long as your have a good overclock such as 4 or 4.2ghz but with the higher refresh rate of 165hz you'll need a better CPU (& MB/RAM). For the price of the 2080 ti though I'd snag a 9600K/Z370 or Z390 with 16gb DDR4 & a GTX 1070 ti or 1080.

Considering I must get a new setup i have to go for the RTX 2080 and not the Ti version. So what do you think about this one: https://imgur.com/a/kexLXGn

I can swtich the CPU and mobo to a z390 and a i7 9700k fo an extra 70€ if it worth.

I will use my old PSU(Seasonic 700W) and my old cooler (Kraken x61)
