my i5 4670 hitting 84/85c full load at 3.40ghz

my i5 4670 is hitting 84/85c full load at 3.40ghz, room temp probably 30c+ outside temp around 40c ( summer ), anyway will this kill my cpu? it usually get this hot playing battlefield 1, videocard temp is around 60/70c

No it won´t kill you CPU, although the temperatures are high they won´t hurt your CPU, but if you can afford another heatsink I would go for it, anyways you´re good like this. BUT be careful, try keeping them always below 90.
