My system specs are
-i5 6500
-16gb ddr3l
-500gb hdd+ 120gb ssd
-Seasonic SS350ET 350 watt psu

Can I add an AMD RX560 4gb and have it work?

It has enough power for that system + the RX 560 4GB, but I don't think it has the required 6-pin PCIe power connector. If you can find an RX 560 4GB without a 6-pin you could use it, or buy a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB that doesn't require one. The GTX 1050 2GB is also an option, but some games are limited by the 2GB vram.

No, that requires a 6-pin power connector.

Look at the GPU manufacturers recommended power supply. Use that as your guide.
If it does not have a 6 Pin power connector then it is limited to 75W.

If it has an externa 6 pin then it can go as high as 150W.

If you look at the XFX website, that card needs a min 400W and recommended 450W PSU.

Please don't skimp on the PSU.
