The GTX 1060 6GB is a good performing card, it is usually better than the RX 580 8GB. The 1060 3GB is not worth buying IMO now. The 3GB vram made it perform about the same as the 1050 Ti 4GB in AC Odyssey. It would make more sense to buy an RX 580 4GB over the 1060 3GB.

I couldn't find any rx580 at the price range near the 1060s.
