Gigabyte 1080 artifacts and crashing

I just bought an 1080, everything seemed to work fine, I ran a benchmark and all worked great.

I then opened black ops 4 and since that moment every single time I stress the GPU, games or not, even inside BIOS, it crashes after green dots on my screen.

I tried OCing, underOCing, removing my CPUs OC and nothing seems to work.
I have a Gigabyte 1080, i7 3770k noOCd, and a 750W PSU, which should be fine for this video card, I read it woul require 600-650 maximum.

Thanks.

I actually tried a driver that came with the cards CD-ROM and I didn't change anything.

I guess I need to start an RMA, thanks.
What an unlucky way to go from AMD to NVDIA

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear enough.

I first installed the latest one (416 something, I'm not able to check right now), then, as a last try before putting my 7970 back I tried the noes from the CD, 386.something .

That's what I meant.
