AMD FX 8350 + GTX 1070 + GTX 1050 Huge Bottleneck?

So recently I bought a GTX 1070 graphics card off of eBay in which it arrived and I installed it into my PC. However, I also have a GTX 1050 underneath the GTX 1070 which is installed and the CPU I have is the AMD FX 8350. I know that the AMD FX 8350 bottlenecks with the 1070 but I dont know if the GTX 1050 adds to the bottleneck, I have the GTX 1050 installed because I have a triple monitor setup and my GTX 1070 has one hdmi cable and I use the GTX 1050 for the other two so am I better off removing the GTX 1050 and buying two display port to HDMI cables. Would that improve the performance of my PC in terms of gaming?

Bottleneck that people talk about is with gaming, so when you gaming you should only be using the 1070 so removing the GTX 1050 shouldn't have much of an affect on your system other than maybe power and heat concerns since even idle the 1050 uses power and produces heat. Personally I would sell the 1050 and purchase adapters.

Currently, I am trying to run Fortnite at everything Epic settings capped at 120fps however I am getting very weird stuttering which is abnormal and I am getting fps drops, I have a 600w power supply too so everything should be working fine?

I am not too sure if my Fortnite is mistaking my 1050 for my 1070 for playing Fortnite so how do I make sure Fortnite is running from my 1070 and not 1050

Before buying a 1070 with my current CPU, I watched a video on YouTube with a similar rig as me (the rig has a 1060 6GB instead) and he was able to place everything Epic at 100-110 fps no problem. However that is not the case with me with the GTX 1070 even though it is a better card and I know it bottlenecks but shouldn't be unplayable.

CPU - AMD FX 8350 @ 4.00Ghz
Graphics Card - Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 1070 8GB
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-990X AM3+
RAM - 16GB DDR3
Power Supply - Corsair CX600 80+
Storage - 2TB HDD and 128GB SSD
Case - NZXT S340

Sorry if the reply took a while I have been testing a couple things like taking out the 1050 and try with the single 1070 in. Nothing really changed however I noticed after cutting power and opening up the case, there was heat I don't know if that is normal. I touched the heat sink of the CPU it felt a little warm however I touched the heat sink of the 1070 and it was hotter than the CPU heat sink. So I booted the PC back up with the single card 1070 and I stress tested the CPU and the max temperature at full load was about 50 degrees Celsius and the programs I used were Task Manager, CPU-Z and HWMonitor. However, I did notice when I was stress testing my CPU the mouse would lag ever so often while having these programs up. So I doubt the issue is the power supply because my power supply is 600w and the maximum required wattage for the 1070 is 500w as stated on Nvdia's website however the problem could be the graphics card or CPU, maybe both?

Edit: So I decided to run Fortnite with having Task Manager and HWMonitor open, the max temperature of my CPU is the exact same 45-50 degrees Celsius. I noticed I am getting more frames than when I had the 1050 installed so that is good however I am getting these random fps drops from 170fps-200fps down to 30-40fps and what I noticed is that on Task Manager while I was on the CPU graph this happens (look at the image below).

There's more to just buying a fancy GPU and thinking it's going to speed up your machine to epic proportions. With the AM3+, if you want overall performance boost, you have to OC the FSB with those AM3+ chips. Is the FSB OC'd? Also, I see your chip is at stock 4.0 Ghz. Why not OC it?

When I had my 8350, I had the following:

Asus 970 Pro Aura Board
8350 OC to 4.5
Corsair h100i
FSB OC between 270 - 290
16 GB of DDR3 RAM OC to 1909mhz(raised voltage to 1.55)
GPU 1060 6 GB OC using Afterburner
Intel 120 GB SSD
1TB Seagate Barracuda Drive

With this config, I was able to run almost anything in High to Epic, but it took a long time to tweak everything right.

In other words, it is possible to get more speed out of these chips, as long as you tweak the settings properly. I wouldn't recommend anyone mess with the FSB OC unless they know what they are doing. I suggest researching first prior to messing with the FSB, as you WILL run into issues eventually when you try an push your hardware beyond it's limits (and when it happens, pull out the RAM to clear the bad OC and start again).

Here's my old score from this year in February, when I decided to re-build it and re-tweak for fun.|

Finally, get rid of that 1050 GPU (doesn't make sense having two different model GPU's).

Here is a link to the benchmark results of my PC on userbenchmark, so it does look like my 1070 is bottlenecking because of my CPU.
http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11770643

So lets start on a clean page, it looks like I can only salvage my 1070 from this PC. I am a streamer on YouTube and Twitch, I am looking for a PC or dual PC setup where I am able to stream at 1080p 60fps while playing games at 1080p 144hz (Ultra) without any frame dropping issues like I am having now. I will be streaming games such as Fortnite and Black Ops 4, essentially popular and latest games. If you or anyone in this thread can help me pick out parts for a new PC or dual PC's whatever approach you think will be the best go for it, it will help me out a lot.

From the reviews I have been watching, the i7 8700k is better for gaming however AMD Ryzen 2700x is better for content creators. Since I stream on YouTube and Twitch, I occasionally make videos too so I believe the best option is the Ryzen 2700x for me. So far I am planning to buy:

NZXT H500 Black Case
Ryzen 7 2700x
NZXT Kraken X62 Cooler
Asus Rog STRIX X470-F Mobo
Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3200Mhz RAM
Samsung 970 Pro 512GB
WD Gold 1TB

Any feedback on my choice of parts and let me know what is the perfect power supply to fit with this new hardware, you may realise a graphics card is missing and that is because I already have my 1070 which I will be using. For YouTube and Twitch streaming, recording, editing, Photoshop and content creation in general. What do you think about this build?

I would consider at least a 750w, for such a rig, to give some overclocking headroom. That 2700x can handle a 2080/2080ti, if running a higher resolution, that those cards are meant for. The Corsair TXM Golds are also decent power supplies, but have a 7yr vs a 10yr warranty like the G3's have.

One question I have is that the Evga G3 is 80+ gold. What is the difference between 80+ gold and platinum/titanium, is 80+ gold good enough for my system? Why is the Evga G3 better than the G2 and G1, I am asking these questions because I want to build my knowledge on power supplies.
