Hi everyone. I wanted to disable TrustedInstaller in win 7. In services disabled Windows Modules Installer. After it windows not starting. Even Safe mode options not working. How can I fix it?

Boot on a dvd or usb and reinstall it. That is an integral part of the os. Why did you even think you could disable it?

You really don't. Its how windows installs EVERYTHING and stopping it obviously didn't work out so well for you.
You could try running system restore, it might work... though it probably needs trustedinstaller as well
if it was using resources, it was likely installing something.

Everyone here is trying to help you but go ahead and do whatever you want go delete happy. At least next time google what it is you’re trying to disable the find out what it does
