Increasing problems with new PC, could the motherboard be the main source of issues?

Problems seem to be never ending...I'm just about to throw the whole computer out the window..(5 floors high enough? ;)

This is what the PC does now:

- Pushing HDMI cable all the way in the slot shuts it off...if I wiggle it, it starts working again
- Screen becomes blank randomly (no signal) and then flickers back on
- On the screen, sometimes the whites become yellow and pixelated, wiggling the HDMI cable sometimes helps, sometimes not. This happens without moving the cable at all
- System crashes, and restarts with blue screen, boot order changed without my control to another disk and not the main OS, need to restart with F2 and reset correct booting order in BIOS
- Saw a Kernel Error a while back ID 41 I think, but today rebooted in it's own without kernel power error

Bios is up to date, so is software, all components less than a year old, brand new SSD, brand new HDD

Well, a flake installed it at the PC shop in THailand...so wouldn't surprise me...it has no GPU...

Wiggling the HDMI doesn't shut off the PC, it shuts off the display, PC shuts off on it's own.

These problems started maybe after a few months after PC purchase, and getting worse with time.

i have that same problem of screen going black on two different computers - one on an Asus mobo and the other was an Asrock mobo. If i move the computer an inch or two, i usually have to reach around the back and move the hdmi cable a bit - sometimes it's the hdmi port on the back of the monitor, not often,but occasionally. But not the whites becoming yellows - i haven't seen that issue -

on the BSODs - download free copy of WhoCrashed, and it will usually tell you the cause - you can research what it identifies, via google. once you install it, in upper left corner, clik on "Analyse", then scroll down to bottom of report to see results. I tried 4 different HDMI cables, and 2 of them brand new out of the box from new LG monitor.

System has no graphics card, stock intel hd630 from i5-8400, I hope it's not a fried CPU graphics card...? ;(

That's a great idea, but I don't have time wait for further crashes, board is under warranty, so I've decide to return it, let's hope I get a new one and they don't try to patch it up with duct tape!

WhoCrashed will report from the dump files created by your previous BSOD's - no need to wait for future events

If the CPU's IGP was fried, wiggling the HDMI connector wouldn't help. Since you tried different cables, your intermittent signal is likely due to a broken or bad connection on the motherboard's HDMI port.
