I think my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU and I think that overclocking my CPU would help this issue. When I play games my GPU usage is 50% Max, CPU usage is high and I have fps issues. I can't find my BIOS overclocking settings. My BIOS version is: R01-A4. Thanks if anyone can help.

My specs are:
GTX 1070
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 3,2ghz
8GB DDR4 RAM
PSU 500W

this is not true. B series chipsets, actually all chipsets for AMD chips support overclocking on the AM4 platform.

download Ryzen Master https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master
do your overclocking there if you can't figure it out in your system bios.

Just keep a close eye on temps, as I have no idea if your motherboard has any heatsinks on the VRMS or not.
