They are both cheap drives. I'm not familiar with how they compare to each other. If you want a cheap drive then pick whichever one you want. If you want a good, fast, durable drive then get a Samsung 860 Evo. They are more expensive than the cheap drives, but not nearly expensive as the most expensive drives.
