Error CLR20r3 Catalist Control Center

J have a Pc Thoshiba Satellite, Vista 32 bit. I cannot update ATI drivers and Catalyst Control Center does not work. Error CLR20r3
Can anyone help me?

ATI may not directly provide driver support for the video chip on the Toshiba laptop. Check the Toshiba product page for the latest video driver available. You could also send ATI support an email and ask about the extent of their support for your Toshiba unit.
