What is the normal temperature?

I am wondering if idle at 32-34 Celsius ish is normal and i hit 45-55 Celsius while playing a game. I just hope its normal and is healthy because I dont want it frying on me anytime soon since i built this budget pc shy of 2 months ago.

I got athlon II x3 455 3.3 ghz with stock heatsink that came with it.

Those are great temperatures and you should not worry!

Alright good I had a hunch its good but I never bothered finding out whats the acceptable temperature. Shame on myself because I was a pc tech for several years.
