Hello...print spooler is started...search for *.spl did not give any results back...anything else I could try?...this is driving me nuts...I have a couple important e-mails I HAVE to print right away...thanks
Click on printers in control panel
Click on printer
look at documents in queue and try to restart them.
Check in device manager to see if an error is reported.
Also check in event viewer for errors.
