What is a super multi drive

I just bought a ASUS A53E laptop with a super multi dvd drive does this have dual layer capabilities????Thanks for your help. I can not find any info anywhere including ASUS web-site

Basically a "Super Multidrive" is one that can read/write/rewrite CD's, DVD+r, DVD-r, DVD+- r, DVD+-RW, and use Dual layer DVD's
