When I looked at my event logs I am receiving this error a few times a day. I
am not sure what I was doing. Is this information good enough or do you need
more?

Sounds like a reference to your CD-ROM
Windows logs everything from a fart to a crash ... don't read too much into
these logs UNLESS something's not working.
