I have an acer aspire Z3-710 all in one touch screen desk top. When I turn it on it beeps once then black screen says to reboot or insert boot media in proper

Harddrive isn't being found. Try reconnecting it but I would plan on replacing it and reinstalling your last backup if you have one. otherwise plan on reinstalling everything. I hope you made your factory disks....
