Raidxpert can't launch in Win 10

I'm trying to load software to help me manage my Raid 1 array (2 hard drives installed) so I've loaded the latest version of Raidxpert since I have AMD A8-3850 chipset with Radeon graphics.

But I can't get Raidxpert to run or launch from the website:
http://localhost:25902/amd/login.jsp

Am I way off-base on how this works or is Raidxpert not considered the best approach anymore ?

Is this a raid that you setup in the bios (sata ports set to raid mode then you entered the raid bios...) or is this a software raid you setup within windows?

Which motherbd and OS are you running?

Popatim, I wasn't aware you had replied ! I need to check back I suppose. Sorry

I downloaded latest AMD Raidexpert from the link you suggested. Same error "Make sure the web address http://localhost:25902 is correct"

I'm running Windows 10 -64bit.. Motherboard says its AMD-A*-350 APU with Radeon HD graphics

Do you think I need to verify the "IP address of a controller network port" that RaidXpert is trying to connect to but failing: http://localhost:25902/RAIDXpert2/menus.php

I'm not sure how to do this

Oh, BTW this is Hardware Raid 1 setup in Bios not Windows. But one drive seems to be failing and I need ReadXpert to help decide which drive to replace & rebuild ...
