Adata, a manufacturer of various memory and flash storage components, has announced its new Premier Pro SP310 mSATA SSDs. The SSDs will come in three different capacities, ranging from 32 GB to 128 GB. They are intended to be used as either caching drives or as boot drives.
The units will feature sustained sequential read speeds of up to 410 MB/s, with write speeds reaching as high as 180 MB/s. They also offer 45,000 4K random write IOPS. The SSDs run on the SATA3 standard and are operated by a JMF-667 series JMicron controller. The flash memory is the MLC type NAND flash. Of course, the unit also features the NCQ commands as well as TRIM support.
Adata provides the SSDs with a three-year warranty, and the SSDs are rated with an MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of 1.2 million hours.
There was no word on when the Premier Pro SP310 SSDs would hit retail, nor was there any information on pricing.
