Everpurse Bags Keep Your iPhone Charged All Day

Despite their greatest efforts to produce long lasting batteries, most smartphone manufacturers are unable to prepare their phones for the massive amounts of time users spend on them. Lucky for all of us, there are plenty of portable chargers available to keep our devices going. For the ladies, this new Kickstarter project gets the job done with style.

Everpurse provides users with a stylish, convenient and seamless way to keep their smartphones charged. All you have to do is open up your Everpurse and slip your smartphone into the special charging pocket which keeps your device charged all day long. According to its creators:

"Everpurse comes with enough battery power to take your iPhone from 0% to 100% twice over! You can leave home early in the morning, go through a full day of work (Facebooking, Instagramming, games, calls and web surfing) and still have hours and hours left of battery when you go out to dinner or party into the early morning."

After a long day of flinging birds, checking in and instagramming, all you have to do is place the purse on its wireless charging mat and it'll be good to go when tomorrow rolls around. For a pledge of $129, backers get a wireless charging mat along with the fabric purse in one of three original colors (red, black, purple). A pledge of $159 gets a purse made out of leather in either orange, black or purple.

While you could easily purchase a portable charger and stick it inside a purse, Everpurse provides a convenient all-in-one solution. It should also be noted that the phone itself isn't charged wirelessly, just the battery inside the Everpurse. According to the creators, "The energy from the purse to the phone is sent through a physical connection via our patent-pending docking mechanism that couples up with the phone and begins charging it."

The current design is made specifically for the iPhone, but the creators say the final product will also support top selling Android phones. Started Sunday, the project has already achieved $32,888 towards its $100,000 goal. If you'd like your own Everpurse, head on over to the Kickstarter project page here.

There should be a KickStarter project that would help create another site similar to KickStarter.

Facebooking, Instagramming, games, calls and web surfing...

That IS the reason why your phone's battery is dead, you should be WORKING not wasting time on your phone.

How about a hot swappable battery ?
You can have a small internal rechargeable battery (or capacitor) that will run the phone for a minute or two so you can swap in a spare battery.
Not for the iPhone of course as you an not easily swap batteries on that brick.

If you have to constantly place it in the purse to charge it(more so once you have killed the battery), Its not quite an ALL day experience. In fact many of those case/battery units would be more useful to someone who "Needs" to be on the phone ALL day long instead of doing work(unless they phone IS the work:) ).

On the other hand. Its a nice way to charge on the go if you forgot to charge the phone.
