Is there a bluetooth usb drive that will transmit to a wireless speaker?

I am looking for a usb adapter to power a wireless speaker. Play music thru te bluetooth adapter to my wireless speaker.

Lots of different ones on Amazon (probably the cheapest resource). I suggest Medialink or Iogear adapters with Bluetooth 4.0.
