BIOS Causing BSOD

I have an Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard with BIOS version 1801 for windows 64bit. When i try to use my computer it will BSOD after a few minutes of use, as far as i can tell it's not being triggered by any particular programme it will just BSOD out of nowhere.
The reason i've narrowed it down to the BIOS is that when i reset my BIOS to factory settings via the instructions in the manual, my computer will work just fine. However after some time it will start blue screening again. I suspect that some setting is being changed in the BIOS by some piece of software or hardware and causing the issue to arise again.
I'd greatly appreciate any help and if you need more information let me know! Cheers

the only way to change settings in the bios is by the USER them selves. This means it is not a program changing it. It is MORE likely to be a piece of hardware causing the BSOD. Whether it is a part bad or a bad Bios setting for a part, the issue is probably there.

Sure:
CPU: Intel i5 3570k 3.4GHz (I haven't overclocked)
RAM: 2x4GB G.Skill sticks 1600MHz
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 ti 3GB
HDDs: Seagate Momentus XT 750gb and WD Caviar Green 1tb

I haven't got any blue screen error codes as of yet because I disabled the pagefile.
I'll re-enable it and try and get a blue screen code for you.

Okay, well i havent overclocked or anything and im running with the asus optimized default settings so i guess it must be hardware, ill get an error code to narrow down which hardware it is

Cheers, i got halfway through updating my drivers before it bluescreened again with a different error message

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00000000001904FB, 0xFFFFF8800A7048E8, 0xFFFFF8800A704140, 0xFFFFF880014B1E6F)

Ntfs.sys - Address FFFFF880014B1E6F base at FFFFF88001414000, DateStamp 5167f5fc

I'll have a look on this windows database for this error code.

Just an update, i've tried the solutions suggested to both my BSOD.
I've downloaded the latest drivers for my chipset, lan and graphics card. I've run windows memory diagnostic on both my RAM sticks one at a time and its found no issues. I've downloaded and installed windows updates. I've run chkdsk which again shows no issues. I've looked at the BIOS settings for SSD settings as i thought it may be misinterpreting my momentus SSD cache as an SSD drive, I found that Intel Rapid Start technology is disabled and my disks are in ACHI mode so i dont think that's it. Ive also made sure that the Data Execution Prevention is only set to essential windows programs so that my CPU doesn't make any big changes that might cause a problem. Hopefully it's sorted now. Cheers for the suggestions and Ill update the forum if i have more BSOD.

So after my previous post I wanted to make sure my system was stable so I ran Prime95 for nearly 16 hours which came back with no errors or warnings and my cores reached a maximum temp of 76 Celcius. After that it seemed to be working just fine and I used it all day with absolutely no issues. After returning from college today it blue screens again several times within an hour.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

***STOP: 0x0000001A (0x0000000000041790, 0xFFFFFA8001B63459, 0x000000000000FFFF, 0x0000000000000000)

As I said I tested the RAM and it ran Prime 95 for a long time without issues so that was either blind luck or something else is going wrong.
All my drivers are up to date as is windows.
Ive uploaded the crash dumps from all three crashes to my skydrive:

(Update: I had to put a space between "https://skydrive.live.com/" and the rest of the address because for some reason the link wouldn't work when i just copy/pasted it)

Any help would be great! This is getting exasperating haha :)
