BSOD Memory management error

Hi guys,

I recently built a new pc, but i cant seem to get it to function properly at all. It keeps hitting the blue screen of death on random occasions with 'MEMORY MANAGEMENT' as its title for doing so.

As i have never had this problem arise before it has me completely stumped, and i have no way of finding out how to trouble shoot this error either.

my system specs are:

Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
AMD 6400 6 core cpu
6 gig OCZ RAM DDR3
550ti Nvidia graphics card
ASRock > 980DE3/U3S3 Motherboard
500gb Seagate hard drive
128gb SSD hard drive

I have tried installing Windows 7 on both SSD and SATA drives and both seem to bring up the same error.

If anyone has any helpful ways to trouble shoot this error i would appreciate it very much, as it is pretty much frozen my progress to install or do any work on the computer due to its instability!!

Solution
Open Event Viewer (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/open-event-viewer). On the left panel will be a category called Windows Logs. Open it (might already be opened) to view the subcategories (Application, Security, System). On the right hand side will be the list of all available logs pertaining to events happening in your system. Click on the logs that occurred right before you got the BSOD in all 3 subcategories and copy/pasting the information from them to here. The events are time-stamped so it's easy to find what happened and when. Use the hot keys Ctrl + c and Ctrl + v to copy and paste the information since right-clicking won't work in Event Viewer.
