So, I inserted my wlan card the wrong way round. Then I tried starting my PC, it was booting for 1 second, then I tried again, until I toke the wlan card off. Now I can hear it boot, but doesnt show anything. Fans are powering, I can see hard drive led etc. I already tried 2 graphics cards and it wouldnt show anything.

You didn't give any specs or model number of your motherboard. If you have an Onboard Grapphics Chipset then try that. If your are using an Intel Processor with integrated graphics, try that. I don't know which slot the wlan was plugged into, but if was a PCIe slot, then you board is probably toast and the reason other Graphics cards haven't worked. Probably shorted out the PCIe part of things. Don't know how you were able to get in backwards in the firsyt place with the way the slots are designed.

Ok. Your Motherboard has ati Radeon HD3000 graphics chipset. Remove the Video card and hook up to that and see if you have any graphics on screen. If so then you will most likely need to get another card. That wlan card is PCI, and I can only assume you didn't try to plug it into the PCIe slot. YOu have two, a PCIE x16 slot and a PCIe x1 slot, as well as the PCI slot on that motherboard.

Onboard graphics chipset didnt show anything either. I plugged the wlan card to the PCI slot but wrong way. ''you will most likely need to get another card'' means I need to get a new motherboard? Is it possible that it damaged my processor?
