Considering Water Cooler

So I'm building a PC along the lines of the Q3 Enthusiast PC, though with a couple changes (4770K and different memory being the main ones). I was also reluctant to use a liquid cooler, as I've never used them before, and it seemed like it might be more maintenance intensive than a fan/cooling rig.

I've had one of these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103064) on my current CPU for the past 3 years and been pretty happy with it, though I haven't OCed it, so I suppose it hasn't really been put to the test.

Does the community think I'd be fine with a fan-based cooling system, or should I start learning about water coolers? If possible pro/cons on the water coolers would be appreciated
