I only get bsod when playing games most of the time the pc just restarts without a bsod but today I had a message saying "the system has encountered an uncorrectable hardware error". My system is just over a year old and all the parts were new. I've attached some logs. The pc only freezes up when im playing graphic intensive games such as rome 2 and bf4.... Also when i start up my pc sometimes it says CPU fan error, I then restart it and then the message is gone.

note: remove the web access control driver, it that does not remove the problem you will want to remove as many optional drivers as you can or learn to use the windows driver verifier.exe tool to do so basic tracking of the drivers and force a bugcheck when one makes a mistake.
(you should update as many drivers as you can first, but I think the indicated driver has a bug and should be updated or removed -- see below)
-------------
I just looked at your bugchecks I would think you have a device driver issue not a hardware issue.
I would start by removing
mwac.sys Tue Mar 04 13:47:13 2014 (Malwarebytes Web Access Control)

and see if your problem goes away.
you should also update Rt64win7.sys Wed Dec 26 09:17:50 2012 (realtek ethernet driver)
and athrx.sys Thu Jun 14 01:23:09 2012 (Atheros wlan driver, this driver depends on the updated chipset drivers for your USB ports)

Ok I blew the dust out my GPU and heatsink using an air duster and it was like a sandstorm... Although I don't think it was a heat issue, after turning cpu overclocks off in bios I'm not getting anymore bsods :) also I updated my ethernet driver

Well you didn't say it was overclocked :S

A lack of power will cause the computer to restart, you might need to increase the voltage a little if it's crashing. I'd run a test in Prime95 if you are overclocking and confirm it's stable. I'd also run a benchmark and make sure the OC is actually improving performance.
