I upgraded an old HP dc5800 microtower's RAM and CPU for my work. Installation went alright, everything was easy. When I turned the PC on it beeped and said "Missing or invalid Processor Microcode Patch. Please contact Hewlett-Packard Corporation for a new ROM BIOS to support the new processor stepping." And it took only five seconds and both fans kicked it all the way up to max, honestly sounds like a plane taking off with these old guys. You don't have even do anything for them to get there, just turn it on. Anyways, it gave me an option (f1) to boot, so I did that and selected my HDD, like I should. Everything runs on my PC, Windows works, not as fast as I'd like, but it still operates! Fans are at max though.
My Questions:

  • How do I get the fans down?
Where can I find BIOS update?
Where can I find microcode stepping update?
I've looked and looked and can't find it for my specifications. Here's what I've got:
