So I upgraded my PC from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and I noticed that my primary drive kept the old recover partition. I then did a clean install and chose the option to completely wipe my drive (thinking this would clear all partitions), but now I have a cluster**** on my drive. I'm having no issues, but I would really like to clear this up.
1) (Disk 1) Is there a way to keep my C: drive partition intact, delete unnecessary parts, and reorder them without doing a reinstall of my OS? If not, how do I completely wipe all parts before a clean install?
2) (Disk 2) I only use this drive for the file history feature to backup my documents, do I really need the first 2 partitions on this drive? And how can I delete them?

Disk 0 is the HDD that came with my machine which I am using for backup (1TB HDD)
