CS GO freezing

Hello, ever since i upgraded to Windows 10 every now and then when i play csgo it freezes and i have to turn my pc on and off can anyone please help me because it is getting anying when i am trying to clutch.

my system details are and;
AMD fx 8320
ASrock 970 extreme 4
AMD r9 270x
coolermaster hyper t4 cooler
seagate baracuda 1tb
antexc vp600
and hyper x ram 8gb (4 x 2) 1600mhz

i clean it often and the temps are around 60 to 70 degrese celcius

would it be worth changing the mother board and cpu to intel??
