Recommendations for gpu upgrade for my current build

Hello, so my current budget for a new power supply and gpu is around cdn$250.

Current build:
Motherboard: A68HM-PLUS (FM2+)
Processor: AMD A8-7600
Ram: 16 GB DDR3
GPU that needs replacement: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (2GB)
(Not sure what power supply is installed)

Currently I'm only playing Heroes & Generals at low graphics on 1024x768 and can only maintain 40-50+ fps on the smaller maps. I'm hoping to be able to play on high settings at a higher resolution with 60 fps on all maps. Also I was wondering if it would be able to handle battlefield 1 on high settings at a decent resolution.

Depends on what psu you get.
A crappy 500w might not even be able to output 200w.
A good 400w psu will output 400w.

Btw 250 for an rx 470 is a lot. How much is a rx480 because they for some reason often are within 20$ form eachother but the 480 offers a massive improvement. Also forget about running bf1 with that cpu it can't handle it.
