I purchased lenova w520 in this ram is 16 and Nvidia graphic card is 8gb my question is buy additional graphic card or is built-in sufficient for my auto Cadd drawing software.

The specs I was able to quickly find say that Nvidia card can use up to 2gb of your ram. So if your computer has 8gb system ram, then only 6gb is actually usable by your programs.

The answer to your question of 'is it sufficient' depends on many factors. Number one, which software? Number two, how complex is the work you plan to do? The more models you will use, and the more complex those models are, the more processing power you'll require.

What are the PC components? The graphics card VRAM shouldn't be confused with the SDRAM on the motherboard. An additional graphics card in SLI or Crossfire would increase the available VRAM. The system memory would be used in the running of the software, but that would be a separate requirement.
