My gpu just suddently started to overheat and shows idle temperature at 80C
It's a GTX 1080 seahawk, and the cooling has never been an issue, normally it runs at max 60C at full load.
I tried reinstall the pc, and tried different PCI-e slot, and still the same issue!

The fan is spinning fast, but no hot air comes out, it seems so odd, and all the drivers are up to date

Did you try updating the software showing the high temps? Maybe try to bring your hand closer to the card and feel if it's actually that hot. If it really is at 80 C, it would be radiating at least some heat out into the case. If the fan is spinning with no hot air coming out, it could be possible that the cooler is going bad...

The graphic card dosent seem to bee 80-90C hot but i tried different softwares to check temperature, all showing high temperature

Could be that the thermal sensor on the GPU is bad too. Idle at 80C sounds just unrealistic, so it probably isn't the cooler going bad, but a sensor. Can't be sure though.

might be, if i try open a game, the teperature goes up to 94, and the clock speed is like 165mMHz and 100% load

Did you touch any voltages recently? Check background tasks, and definitely run a virus scan.

I never touched voltage, and i did a virus scan + clean reset of pc to delete any potential mining malware

Try to run the card in a different system if you can - perhaps a friend's system of you don't have another one at home. Before that, did you try cleaning out the system a little bit - blow off the dust and check connections and stuff?

If the card still shows the same temps in the other system, I'd say RMA it...
