I have an A68 HM-E33 v2 mother board fm2/fm2+, a A4-7300 cpu, and a geforce gtx 1050.
so ive noticed alot of bottle necking with my new gpu (1050) and i need a cpu that is cheap cause im 15 and have no job but will not bottle neck at all or near as bad as the cpu i have atm price range is right around 50-100$ Thank You!

I'm with mdd1963 you really don't want to put more money into a platform that has very few higher end options compared to what you have and is very low performance today. Even with the highest end CPU on that platform might bottleneck the 1050.

^ no you couldn't , a decent sandy/ivy board is near impossible to find nowadays.

An 860k is near on par anyway , its $63 not $70 & it foregoes any hassle rebuilding, reinstalling anything.

It'll run a 1050 fine & with a sub $100 budget there isn't any other practical choice.

I literally just ebayed it and there are plenty at $30-40. You could probably look around second hand shops and craigslist, find old prebuilts for around the same price.

The A4 is a dual core cpu so upgrading to a used Quad core would make it close to the FX4300 or the other quad core apus at the same clock speed.
Finding a used FM2\FM2+ APU will be a challenge, and many will be selling them with a board and memory. CHECK YOUR APU SUPPORT LIST FIRST.!!!
OR...
Because you have DDR3 memory, if you find a used CPU+MB+Cooler that uses DDR3 memory that could be a better option. However doing a board swap could mean doing a OS system re-install. Maybe going with a PhenomII with a AMD chipset will allow for just some driver updates and re-installs. It's a gamble if it boots in safe mode and lets you fix it or not. So if your going to go with this option, make sure what you pick is faster than a Athlon II x4 or FX4300, otherwise it's not worth the effort.

I would look for used parts locally. Stick with CPU+MB combos because many of those old boards are hard to find.

1st place. Depending on what is for sale by far the Sandybridge\Ivy bridge i5's would be the fastest option that you will find used for sale.
2rd place is the socket 1366 i7 and Xeon.
3nd place is the Phenom II X4 or X6. Make sure it's a model with L3 cache and at least 3 GHZ. Also the FX8300, ect.
4th place is the socket 1056 i5, i7,Xeon and 1366 i5. Make sure it's not a dual core i5, there is a oem i5-530, ect. that are just a socket 1056 i3 with HT. FX-6300. Sandybridge\Ivybridge i3's with HT.
5th place is swapping out your A4 for a quad core APU or CPU (There were some athlon X4's for that socket)

Posted an ebay listed for an i5 2400 with 8GB of ram for $90 something dollars which I didn't thing was too bad.

Yeah by far a Sandybridge or ivybridge i5 is my 1st choice in this price range. It's the most gaming speed for the money. You can't beat that for $92.
It even has a 1TB hdd and windows 7. Just put the GTX1050 in it and your done.

So the A4-7300 system can be used with the IGP as a 2nd system or even sold.
