Cpu cooler led on but pc won't power on?

Computer was working just fine and decided to install an m.2 drive afterwards only the led on my cryorig quad lumi turns on white and the pc won't turn on. Did I screw something up?

Make sure you didn't accidentally disconnect/loosen any cables around it. Re-install the M.2 just in case it's not all the way in. Also, if it's a motherboard that does not support simultaneous use of the m.2 w/ certian sata ports, you may need to move anything plugged in via sata to the next sata ports down on the board.
