Ok, I have noticed on my power supply that when it is even started up the fans are already loud and grinding against something. When I get in games it becomes super loud, some people may think that is is my GPU, im pretty sure its not. I can put my ear right up to the GPU in a game like fortnite that stresses GPU's and I can tell that it is coming from the power supply. Even when I exit games the power supply will still make a noise, I know it is that because my GPU stops spinning at a certain temperature. But what I want to know is it being over-volted? or is it just a crappy PSU?
