Is my motherboard dead?

I have an old computer which I tried to repair. Everything went fine. It booted until I put a networkcard in it. After that it never booted again. CPU fan is spinning as well as the GPU. But the HDD LED blinks only one time and then nothing. Could it be that my motherboard is dead?
That's the board:
- Biostar mcp6p m2+ ver 6.3.

Please list all available hardware incl. PSU.
You can only try and error one by one to find the source of the issue you are facing. Try booting with CPU, GPU and RAM only. Should at least bring you to a Bios error message for the HDD.

That's all what I use. No HDD connected. But this setup still worked BEFORE I plunged in the network card. PSU thing might actual be my problem because when I tried to use only one component at the time it would show nothing.
