The socket is called a "zero insertion force" socket, meaning the cpu literally "drops" into the socket with no force. Can you tell where the interference is? does it look like one corner does not match up or something? is there something in the socket that is physically preventing the cpu from seating down into it?

if it is then you should be fine. there is some resistance when you put the arm down with the CPU set correctly. there is not much else i myself can tell you because either when you put the arm down and in place it will either be seated correctly or you will end up bending pins on the motherboard because later you find out you didn't have it seated correctly

Sorry...take that same picture, but just place the cpu in the socket (again just leave the arm/frame up like you have it in that last pic). Don't force it in, just set it in place like you did in the very first pic, but just don't close the arm.

You have inserted it correctly, I don't understand why it won't go in.
Can you make a short Video Clip and youtube it?
Photos show some of it but with video it should be easier to determine why there is a problem. The photo earlier shows the clip under the screw with the arm up. What happened when you put the arm down?

Electro I can pull the arm down but as you can see in my previous images ,the protection sits too high, or If I first let the protection sit and then pull the arm down I have to put Too much pressure to even more the arm and I'm afraid I will break it,because in YouTube they don't seem to apply that much pressure

If this were me, here's what I'd do...get out the motherboard manual, follow each step TO THE LETTER and take pictures at each step. If it does not work or something breaks, you can probably get them to RMA/replace the board for you...as long as you document that you followed the directions.
