I just built a new pc ,but I didn't change the hard drive. Whenever I open my pc ,instead of loading windows it redirects me to bios my motherboard is asrock z370 pro 4,how can I see whether or not the hard drive is enabled ? Help me please

If you didn't change your Hard Drive, then your computer won't load Windows because Windows installs everything directly for specific devices. For example, if I have 2 computers and take a hard drive from one of them and put it into the other, it won't boot. You need to reinstall Windows to that computer.
If by any chance, this is not the issue,
in the BIOS move around your settings until you find the boot order. It should list connected devices in there somewhere. If the drive isn't showing up anywhere, it either may not be connected correctly, the boot order is looking for something else first or the drive is dead.

Oh! That's a common issue!
in the Install now interface, please tap on "Shift + F10" combination keys to call out Command Prompt, then type:

Diskpart

List disk

Select disk 0

Clean
(using Clean command in diskpart will delete all partitions on the selected disk)

Exit
(exit from Diskpart)

Exit
(exit from Command Prompt)

Check if sata controller mode in BIOS is set to AHCI (not IDE or RAID).
Disable secure boot in BIOS.

If still windows install doesn't show your HDD, then use storage controller drivers from SATA Floppy Image ver:15.9.1.1018
(copy extracted files to your USB installation media in a separate folder and load them during windows install)

BTW - what's the model name of your HDD you're installing windows on?
