Hp stream lightweight pro

It has 64gigs SSD, and stats typical of other 11.6" comps

Is it a great deal? Why or why not?

SSD emmc - means you cannot upgrade it.
My gf has an older one 32GB and it struggles.
64 would be better of course, but once you install anything on it, that space fills up quick.
Obviously, not a gaming laptop but for office/browsing.
Price seems reasonable.

It says it uses SSD emmc, is this SSD/better than emmc?

Does this make it the best budget 11.6" windows device?

Previously was looking at the R11 and Acer Chromebook 11, is this an upgrade?

Any suggestions for best 11.6" windows devices?
