How to overclock this CPU?

I have an HP notebook 15 bs 658TX with core i3 6006U. Its clock frequency is at 2.00GHz. Can I get little more juice out of it without frying my lap?

I already have intel extreme tuning utility with core voltage and IccMax, turbo power limit options only shown(for CPU). Can I do anything with it?
Do I have any other options?

Laptops are configured to NOT be overclockable for a reason. The thermal envelope of their cooling solution literally can't handle it running heavier. As it is most laptops thermally throttle under heavy loads.
