you will need to make a usb windows 10 installer using the Windows Media Creation tool, or, if you don't have UEFI then you will need Win10 on a DVD. Boot to usb, or dvd and install it
What do you mean by that? Do you mean put it into command prompt?
Edit: put into CMD and says
D:\EFI\MICROSOFT\boot\resources\custom\bootres.dll is corrupt
boot to safe mode and uninstall that crapware. you may have to recover windows if you don't want to install. and don't install garbage utilities for less troubles.
Start up repair doesn't work but typing in the error into command prompt comes up with a notepad page full of scans with the root error which I mentioned previously
