I've been stuck in a boot loop with the error driver verifier violation detected.

This all started a couple months ago where my PC would go into a black screen and my peripharls werent recognized. When I restarted and I'd have to shut it down manually. I brushed this problem off (big mistake).
Now two days ago I got an error irql not equal or less and when I looked it up it said it was a memory problem and I need to run the driver verifier to see which driver is causing the problem. Today I got a bsod with the driver verifier violation detected and when it restarts it goes to the black screen. Manually rebooting takes me to windows repair screen and whenever I try to exit to windows or restart it goes to Black screen. Troubleshooting does nothing and I can only access the command prompt.
I have no idea what the cause of the problem is, or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
