Well, firstly, there's no point getting the 2400g rather than the regular, non-APU 2600 if you have a discreet GPU anyway. As for which is faster, that would be the second one. Of course, the price reflects that, though, so it might be better to stay with the Ryzen 3 and pick the 1060 for the GPU. If you can spend the extra money the the Ryzen 5, though, you should, as it'll lead to better performance in workloads that leverage that extra CPU power and leave you with more of an upgrade path, whereas a Ryzen 3 will have almost none except for upgrading the a better processor and *then* buying a better GPU.
