input increase for amplifier

A quickie ...I realize also that I may well be on the entirely wrong forum here but ... is there a device which can increase the RCA inputs (ie Phono, tape, aux 1 & 2 etc) for an Hi-fi amplifier.
My Pioneer 5.1 channel amplifier only has 2 RCA inputs to which I have connected a cd player and a media centre for movies. I wish to add a reel to reel tape recorder and a vinyl player.
Is this possible or do I have to invest in a better amplifier 5.1 amplifier with more inputs?

The CD player and media player may have digital outputs like coax or toslink. Those would be better connections for those devices. That would free at least one RCA input. A reel-to-reel could use standard line inputs. A turntable may or may-not work with a standard line in. Depends on the turntable.

thanks for your response. My media player and my CD player both only have RCA outputs. My Amplifier also only has RCA inputs.
As I see it I have two options. First one is a new amplifier and the second is an RCA hub similar to an USB hub (if one exists) I really cannot think of another alternative.

hello guys,

I must say I am impressed with both the quantity, quality and speed of these responses and I thank you all.
I think boju has the solution for me, although at the moment, I am separated from my system and I will investigate the digital output/input a little further.
