since 2 days my keyboard and mouse start acting really weird randomly while im using my computer. rebooting fixes this but this never happened to me and the issue is not my mouse or keyboard, this is what some characters look like: íúåüé®úíüéðß©ßðäíúåü. my mouse scrollwheel wont scroll but in stead zoom in or out in a browser. right click also acts weird. anyone know what causes this? thanks in advance!
