FX 8150 getting up to 180 degrees

Who cares about your temps!
I'm going to ignore your temperatures for a moment. Your using an FX Series Processor with a GTX 1070 TI. Of course your bottlenecking that Graphics Card. The core are weak and the IPC is terrible, I'd upgrade to Ryzen. Heck even a 1300X or 1200 would be an upgrade. As for temps, read them with HwMonitor using Celsius and no Fahrenheit.

So first, make sure you're getting an accurate reading of your temps. AMDs older chips use a thermal margin for reading the temp. I'd read through this and see how your temps look in AMD Overdrive

After that, if you're still getting high temps I'd first look at your cooling. Have you reapplied and reseated your cooler since you built your system? If it wasn't recently then that would be the first thing to look at. Depending on your air cooler, it might be worth upgrading to a higher performing model. You're case is going to be a factor is what size you can go with so make sure to check what dimensions it can accept.
The FX 8150 is listed on some sites as 61C max and some sites reference AMD saying 50C. Either way, if your temps are accurate you are overheating by a fair amount.
As for the bottlenecking, yeah you likely are. If budget allows, it may not be a bad time to look at upgrading to a newer platform.
Also as Mitchelleferry so eloquently put it, you'll want to switch to Celsius. It's what everyone uses for temp reading and makes it easier to respond to.

To put into prospective 180f=82c roughly
150f= 65.5c roughly
Your processor readings are wrong. @82c your processor would shut down the computer. It would severely throttle before that.
65c for the video card is good.

Ok, if my GPU temps are good then great. I am running it with only one fan because I got it from eBay with one fan broken. How bout a ryzen 5 2600? I have a AIO cooler I turned it to an open loop. I have Arctic silver 5. The thing is, in prime 95, I am getting about 140-150 max in ferinheight. I am using Core temp to read my temps but I will try with overdrive. Thanks

Always read temperatures on a computer in Celsius. I'd recommend below 70C for any CPU and below 85C for any graphics card.
