Are these basically the same memory can I use them together on Z370?

I already have these in dual channel:

CMD16GX4M2B3000C15

I want to add these to fill all 4 slots:

CMR16GX4M2C3000C15W

Will it work with no issues? Will they overclock together?

They are not the same memory but yes you can use them together and overclock them no problem. Just set them all to the slower timing of the 2.

When adding or mixing memory modules , there is no guarantee they will run together , you won't know till you try them.

I suppose they can run together & forever.
As for overclocking, I believe they will run at the lowest slowest speed possible between the two.
