evga gtx 1080 ti ftw3 has coil whine

it's doing it when the computer is idle as soon as i boot up it starts and never stops!

it's deff coil whine i've tested all the fans stopped each one including all case fans, rad fans etc it still does it. had a good listen up real close can deff hear it coming from the card..
is there anything i can do to stop it? driving me nuts high pitched squeal and i have good hearing too makes it worse..

I would send it back as it may get worse and be annoying , I know you will be without a card which is frustrating but you could just get by with the integrated graphics if your cpu has it just to have a working pc at least , I know gaming won't be great but it is better than having nothing at all.

i can't send it back i'll have no card or computer than. maybe i'll just turn the fans to max so i can't hear it. i'd rather noisy fans than a high pitched annoying squeal :p
