32GB USB only has storage capacity of about 3MB?

I'm having a very weird issue with my 32GB USB memory stick. According to windows, the USB only has a storage capacity of 2.25MB. The USB has no files in it at all. I tried formatting the USB but I only get the option to format it as a 2.25MB drive.

Managed to fix it.
Turns out the disk had some partitioning problem. I deleted the existing partition using the DiskPart tool on windows and created a new one, and then ran the disk formatting tool on it and it's now back to 32GB again.

Format the drive as NTFS.
