My specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate

Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz

RAM: Samsung DDR 4 GB (2.86 usable)

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Ghaphics

32-bit Operating System

PSU: pentium 4 atx2.03

Motherboard: A68I-350 Deluxe R2.0 motherboard

This pc was built in 2012 and i admit that i haven't cared took properly of this pc. have never fomarted, cleaned and didnt even opened this for 6 years! I think that is the reason now gaming on this is getting worse day by day right? When i brought this i was running spiderman web of shadows at 60 fps. Well now it is 10-15. So... i wanna buy some good parts for this pc only three things cpu, gpu and motherboard. My budget is 15,000 rupees and remember i dont wanna play any latest games ok? Just tomb raider 2013 at smooth fps in lowest setting of course. So do you know any processer, graphics card and motherboard in or under 15,000 rupees? Please suggest, thank you in advance( sorry for bad english)

Yeah no you are going to need more than justa cpu, gpu and motherboard.

That psu is not reusable since it's extremely bad and does not have the connectors to power anything modern.
Everything is on ddr4 atm so you can't use your ram again.
Windows 7 does not work on new platforms (sort of does but has a bunch of issues and no drivers).
With that budget there is not much to be done.

After 6 years your pc will be so full of dust it is simply overheating and a simple cleaning with some compressed air is going to do wonders.

My build is already really low end. Yours won't be able to run tomb raider in hd. Also that gt 710 is horrible and the integrated gpu of the A6 should be about as good.

That psu in your build will result in a dead system sooner than later due to the horrible quality of it. You also for got to add ram.

If you keep using it in it's current state I would not be too suprised if it would die soon. A simple cleaning with some compressed air so that the dust is out of the pc and more importantly cooler is going to seriously extend it's life.
